The company
Alpspitz Bioscience GmbH, based in Gattendorf (Bavaria), was founded in 2020. It is a spin-off of an AI and scientific research group, plus the professional team of Max Pharma GmbH, pharmaceutical wholesaler and producer operating in Germany, the Czech Republic and China. Max Pharma group also includes Take Cair GmbH (infection protection for medical and private users) and the IT company XQS Service GmbH.
Founder and CEO of the Max Pharma Group is Michael Kretzer. At Alpspitz Bioscience, the successful life sciences entrepreneur (ex-Chiron) leads a team of internationally renowned specialists who have worked together for more than 20 years.
